Abstract
The isospin transport with long time scale in heavy ion collisions is relevant to the extraction of symmetry energy. The fission time scale can be used as a clock to characterize the duration of the collision. While the hierarchy of the light charged particles emission in fission events is established, we propose that the angular dependence of the isospin composition of the light charged particles over wide range can be used to probe the symmetry energy at low densities.
